Our handbags and jewelry are all handcrafted with the utmost care by our expert artisans in Colombia.  Every item is unique.  In most cases, any perceived imperfection is a natural part of the handmade process.  If there is any damage to our handbag or jewelry (beyond natural wear and tear from usage), we will fix it at no cost to you.  Simply email us at info@sandracadavid.com with any issues or questions.
 

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME 
Sandra Cadavid handbags and jewelry accessories are handcrafted using custom materials and are available only in limited quantities.  All the handbags shown on our website are available for immediate shipping, but many of our jewelry pieces may require additional time to handcraft.  Orders for items that may be unavailable, including handbags, will be placed on order to be handcrafted.  We will send you a note indicating the expected delivery time (typically 30-60 days).  Should you have any questions, just send us an email at info@sandracadavid.com.  

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All our Sandra Cadavid handbags ship for free both within the US and internationally.  For jewelry, many orders above a certain purchase amount also ship for free via USPS. During the checkout process, an estimated shipping cost will be provided (if the item does not qualify for free shipping).
