Return, Repair, and Exchange Policies
Should you have any concerns about your handbag or jewelry accessory, unused items can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. Items returned past the time frame outlined above may be returned in exchange for a Sandra Cadavid merchandise credit. We will only accept exchanges or returns for items that have not been worn, altered or damaged. All handtags and the handbag’s cloth packaging must be included. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, Sandra Cadavid reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.
Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error. Sandracadavid.com only offers USPS return labels for domestic return addresses. You will see this as a separate transaction on your credit card statement. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay shipping and to purchase insurance on return orders from outside of the United States.
We know that after months or years of daily use, your handbag may experience wear and tear such as a broken piece of hardware, zipper or strap. Even if you purchased your handbag from us years ago, please send us an email letting us know of the issue you are experiencing. Many times our team of expert artisans are able to repair the damage. All you would be required to pay is shipping costs to and from Sandra Cadavid in Pittsburgh, and we will take care of the rest. Should you also be purchasing another item from us, we may be able to waive the shipping costs.

SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or you received damaged or defective merchandise, we will replace it or take back the item for a full refund at our expense if the product is returned within 30 days. Sandra Cadavid will provide a pre-paid UPS shipping label to expedite the return. To receive your shipping label and arrange to replace your product, please contact Sandra Cadavid Customer Service at email@example.com.
Sandra Cadavid customers using a third party service are responsible for any duties, taxes and shipping costs that may occur. Sandra Cadavid is not liable for any damages from any third party shipping services.
To exchange an item, return your items and completed Return/Exchange Form in a secure package, removing or covering any previous labels. Please allow 14 days for processing your order. A Return Exchange Form is included in every package. If you are unable to locate your Return and Exchange Form, please contact Sandra Cadavid Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Free shipping for exchanges does not apply to international orders. Please contact Sandra Cadavid Customer Service at email@example.com with and questions or concern.
Please note that once an item is exchanged, availability of the new item will be based on the current timeframe for handcrafting the new handbag(s). Please see our policies under the heading Ready to be Handcrafted for more details.
For international returns, you are required to contact Sandra Cadavid Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to shipping your item. If you are returning a purchase you may be eligible for a refund of a portion or all of the duty and taxes. Contact your local customs office for a return of duties and taxes.
Sandra Cadavid will refund the original form of payment or provide you with Sandra Cadavid credit according to our policies outlined above.
We will process your refund within approximately 14 days of receiving your merchandise and will send you an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
We will charge a $10.00 fee when you use our pre-paid return label. You will see this as a separate transaction on your credit card statement.
